Terms and Conditions
By confirming a reservation at Casa Rodriguillo (License ARA-475), you agree to these terms.
General
• Guests must have a permanent address and present valid ID at check-in.
• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out only by prior agreement.
• Pets are not allowed. The owners have a hypoallergenic labradoodle.
• No parties (e.g., bachelor events or pool parties). Noise complaints will be reported to the police.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking or using candles indoors is strictly forbidden (fine €250). Smoking area available outside.
• No eating or drinking in the rooms.
• Preparing your own meals is not allowed, except when using the outdoor BBQ or paella burner, with prior agreement from the owners.
• The kitchen is private. Meals can be arranged with advance notice.
• Visitors not staying at the property are not allowed.
• Open fires are not permitted.
• Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Please inform us of your preferred time. Breakfast is optional.
• Guests who violate the rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Booking & Payment
• Bookings can be made via casarodriguillo.com, Booking.com or email/phone.
• A booking is only confirmed after the deposit is paid (unless booked via Booking.com).
• Payment follows the terms of the booking platform used.
Cancellation
• 100% refund if cancelled more than 2 months before arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 days or more before arrival.
• No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
• In case of force majeure (fire, death, natural disaster), the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking. They will assist in finding an alternative but are not liable for extra costs.
Liability
• The owners are not liable for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
• Guests must report and cover the cost of any damage caused.
• Lost keys/tags will be charged.
• Stay is at the guest’s own risk.
